Safety is our priority

One of the most important aspects the club has to consider is the safety of all the children playing for it. This is not only relevant to the way they are taught, especially given the contact nature of rugby, but also related to their welfare.

As the Club Safeguarding Officer, I am the primary point of contact for any parent, coach or player that is concerned about the behaviour of another member of the club towards themselves or somebody else. This includes, but is not limited to, physical or mental abuse, racism, inappropriate conduct and bullying.
For those of you that don't know me, my older son, Oscar, plays in the under 14s and my younger son, Monty, plays in the under 10s.

For more information, the club's Safeguarding Vulnerable People Policy is now available in the document section of the website or please contact me, Simon James, via email smsjames@gmail.com or call 07971 621 404.

If you have any concern, please don't hesitate to get in contact.
