An absolute favourite in the Harlequin Amateurs' social calendar and for some, highlight of the year, the annual family camping weekend.
This year’s event will run from 14th – 16th June at Walton Firs near Cobham Website. This event is open to all.
• Fri 14th – Set up camp from 16.00 followed by a campfire dinner that evening.
• Sat 15th – For the mini teams (U11s and below) activities will include activities such as archery, caving, aerial high ropes course, crate stack and adventure assault course. The youth teams (U12 upwards) will go paint-balling.
Campfire and dinner again in the evening.
• Sun 16th – Break camp and head home at your own leisure to enjoy Father’s Day!.
We’ve booked the campsite and are confirming the activities, the rest is down to you to bring everything you need; tents, food, cooking equipment etc.
The cost stays the same as the last couple of years; £70 per initial parent/child combo with additional kids at £20 each, no additional cost for extra parents. For the youth team there is likely to be a supplement for paint balling (we expect this to be £35)
So here is what you have to do!
