First weekend Date – Sunday 2nd September 10am -11.30am/12pm
For the first two Sundays of the season, all age groups will be at Broom Rd in Teddington.
On arrival at Broom Rd you will be asked to register your child(ren) and get a stamp to confirm you have paid your membership fees. Please ensure you do this as it enables us to distribute the kit more effectively.
Once registered, please go to the appropriate pitch with your child and start training. Details of which age group will be on which pitch will be displayed on the morning.
Kit Distribution
As in previous years, your membership package includes a Harlequins playing kit as used by the professional club.
In a change from previous seasons, the kit will be used for both the 2018/19 season and 2019/2020. Please bear this in mind when deciding whether the kit your child is allocated is suitable.
Once training has started we will invite the children age group by age group to the kit distribution tent. We ask politely, that parents do NOT accompany their children, the team involved in handing the kit out will give the children what they believe is a suitable size.
The children will then be sent back to their training pitch. At this point if you are unhappy with the size of the kit your child has been allocated, please take it and your child to the returns tent, where the team will attempt to rectify the problem.
Please be aware we will not accept kit that has been used as a return.
It would be very helpful if your child knows their shoe size to aid the allocation of the correct sized socks.
After the first two weekends, kit will only be available by prior arrangement.
