Final Match of the Season for U15's after COVID-19 finally halts play...

We played Hillingdon in mid December with just 11 boys taking to the field - school ski trips and DoE stripping us of many lads. Abbots kindly lent us 4 of their boys and in a tight first half we kept within touching distance. However in the 2nd Half their large and strong pack got the better of us and they went on to a comfortable victory by 4 or 5 tries.
Fast forward a few months and with at least 15 of our boys available (we still had 6 unavailable including a couple of the boys playing in a London Irish Academy match) we managed to play some of our best rugby this season.

The pack was solid as ever and worked extremely hard throughout the match to keep the ball of the deck, away from their pack, and into the hands of our backs. We had a couple of new lads, Teddy and Aidan, who slotted in really well in what was a very dynamic back line, that constantly straightened and made yards with every carry.

Hopefully we will get some more rugby in before the season comes to a close but in the meantime everyone try to keep your fitness up, even if just 20mins of press-up/sit-ups, burpees, dips etc every day...
